How to secure the venue
You can book your date through our online portal or contact us directly to reserve your time. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your specific event date in our calendar, and our latest venue closing time is 10:00 PM.
What is the capacity of the space?
Our intimate Racine venue comfortably accommodates up to 75 guests, making it the perfect setting for baby showers, birthdays, and refined boutique celebrations.
What amenities are included with the rental?
Standard rentals include round/rectangle tables, chairs, We also offer luxurious custom decor and balloon packages to complete your vision.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event date are eligible for a credit toward a future booking. Please review our full terms for complete policy details.

How far in advance should I book my decor?
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure availability for your specific theme and materials.
Do you offer custom balloon themes?
Yes, we specialize in luxury bespoke designs. We can match any color palette or theme for baby showers, birthdays, and weddings.
Can you set up decor at other venues?
Absolutely! While we have our own venue in Racine, our decorating team travels to provide luxury setups at your chosen location.
What materials are used for balloon designs?
We use high-quality, professional-grade biodegradable latex and foil balloons to ensure longevity and a premium appearance.

How do I order custom treats or signature drinks?
Sweets like chocolate-covered berries and our specialty Tenmonade can be requested through our booking form or added to any venue rental package.
What is the typical turnaround time for orders?
Custom creations typically require 7–14 business days. We suggest booking in advance to ensure your artisanal pieces are ready for your special date.

Pricing & Payment
What is the deposit amount for booking?
We require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your event date and initiate the planning phase of your custom creation.
Which payment methods are accepted?
For your convenience, we accept Credit Cards, Zelle, and Apple Pay. Cash payments are also accepted at our Racine location.
When is the final balance due?
The remaining balance for all services and rentals must be settled in full 7 days prior to the event dat
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer flexible payment schedules for our packages. Please reach out to discuss a custom installment plan.
Is there a security deposit for rentals?
A fully refundable $100 security deposit is required for all venue and equipment rentals to ensure care and item protection. Returned after the event is over.
Policies
How far in advance should I book my event?
To secure your date and allow sufficient time for handcrafted custom creations, we recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks prior to your event.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
All booking deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 30 days before the event date will release the client from the remaining balance.
Can I reschedule my venue rental?
Yes, rescheduling is subject to venue availability and must be requested at least 14 days in advance. A small rescheduling fee may apply.
Are there specific venue decorating policies?
We prohibit the use of glitter, confetti, or wall-damaging adhesives. Our team specializes in professional balloon decor and backdrop setups to ensure your event looks luxurious and polished. Nothing on the walls unless Painters tape is used.
